Online dispute resolution according to Art.14 paragraph 1 ODR-Regulation:

The European Comission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS-platform). You can find it under http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

According to § 37 VSBG, we are obligated to inform you, that there are dispute resolution bodies in place for disputes among consumers and companies. The general consumer resolution body is the centre for Schlichtung e.V. – Straßburger Str. 8 – 77694 Kehl (E-Mail: mail@verbraucher-schlichter.de). You can contact this body but participation is voluntary for both parties.
We are not currently participating in dispute resolution proceedings of any consumer dispute resolution bodies.

We broker travel insurances in the status of a permission-free annex broker according to § 34d paragraph 8 Nr. 1 Gewerbeordnung (GewO).
